Doria Lamba Palace
The Doria Lamba Palace was built in the mid-thirteenth century in Gothic style and donated by the Republic of Genoa to the admiral Lamba Doria after the glorious victory against the Venetians in the Battle of Korcula, in 1298.
It is located in Piazza San Matteo in the centre of Genoa, opposite the Church of St. Matthew. The district has been ever since associated to the Doria family.
ALCE is based in Genoa, at the crossroads of some of the world’s busiest trade routes, in a central position between Northern Europe and the Mediterranean Sea, a one-hour flight from the major business centres in Europe.
